HeatSpec Guide is run by a small independent team. There is no support queue and no sales desk, so email reaches the people who actually build the site.
Corrections come first
Every figure on this site is traceable to a named source with the date it was read, listed on the methodology page. If a number here does not match its source, that is a bug and we want to know. Tell us the page, the figure, and what the source says, and it gets fixed and the correction noted.
What we cannot help with
We do not give individual professional advice, and we cannot tell you what to do in your specific situation. The site shows published data and the arithmetic applied to it, with the assumptions written down, so you can judge it for yourself or take it to someone qualified.
